Terms and Conditions
All rates are per villa, per night, minimum three (3) nights stay in Regular, minimum five (5) night stay in High Season and minimum seven (7) night stay in Peak Season. All rates subject to 11% Government Tax.Rates. Villas are designed to accommodate 2 people per bedroom. Additional beds are available upon request with a maximum of three people per bedroom.

Method of Payment
- Deposit of 50% by either direct transfer or by 'Visa or Master-card only' is required to confirm your booking
- The Balance must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival for Regular and High Season
- The Balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival for Peak Season
Cancellations
- No charge for cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival for Regular and High Season
- No charge for cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival for Peak Season
- Cancellation within 45 to 59 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total payment will be charged unless re-let or by arrangement with the owners
- Cancellation within 44 days prior to arrival 100% of the total payment will be charged unless re let or by arrangement with the owners
- No show guests,payment in full is still required in full
- Variations to any of the above conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with the owners
